Mr. Flores has been visible throughout the common areas of the unit during this shift. He was mostly observed in his dorm room napping and intermittently watching TV with his peers. He kept a low profile on the unit, he did not socialize with his peers or staff. He attended a group activity on the unit but did not actively participate. On approach he was calm and pleasant. No unsafe behavior noted or reported. Nursing staff will continue to monitor him throughout this shift for safety and needs.
