Folks, in most publicly held companies, management reports to the shareholders. Shareholders are the ones who actually "own" the company. Some of the most successful companies are ones that put shareholder concerns above all others, except those concerns for doing what is "legal". Assuming that all decisions that are made are legal, is it unethical for companies to make decisions that put shareholders first? Explain.
