Performance Evaluations

The most effective performance evaluation systems are those that focus on identifying, measuring, and improving upon employee performance.

In a two- to three-page paper (not including the title and reference pages) you must:

1. Explain the intent of performance evaluations within an organization.

2. Describe the general process an organization should follow in developing/utilizing its performance evaluation tool.

3. Describe the traits/characteristics of an effective performance management/appraisal process.

Your paper must use at least two scholarly sources, in addition to the course textbook, and be formatted according to APA style
