Deliberate deception is the most common misrepresentation of facts, authority or intension, which may be included on phony facts that mostly caused by false statements, ambiguous authority, dubious intention, etc. (Fisher, Ury and Patton, 2011, pp. 134-137). As Fisher, Ury and Patton claimed deliberate deception can be mitigated through principled negotiation method.

However, if professionals in negotiation meeting who intentionally deceive competitors or other party regarding issues or who withhold information and facts they are legitimately obliged to reveal may be guilty of fraud. But there are some situations that you will need to conceal some of the project or organization information from other competitors in order to maintain your market share.

Base on your thought s and reading so far, if you hide some of the project/organization's information from other competitors or other party in a negotiation meeting by contemplating that your action sustain the project/company's position in the market, is this action perceived as unethical behavior in a negotiation?
