Question: Eric, fory-five, is married to Joanne, forty-three, and they have three teenage children. Generally speaking, they have a pretty good marriage, except for their sex life. although they both know it is poor, they don't discuss it very often. Over a period of several months Joanne notices a change in Eric, and finally asks him if there's anything wrong. Eric blurts out that he is in love with another woman with whom he's had an affair for several months. Joanne is so angry and hurt that she immediately demands that he leaves the house and states that she wants a divorce. They both refuse to seek help from marriage counselors, and eventually the divorce ensues at a great emotional cost to Eric, Joanne, and their three children. Was what eric did moral?
