Mr Chow, the owner of a commercial Fruit Farm in Gatton, and has contacted you for workforce planning assistance to help fill his business employment needs and reduce the constant employee turnover.

The farm employs over 200 workers all year round and during the high seasons Mr Chow requires an additional 150 seasonal fruit pickers every June through to September. The work is repetitive, and the hours are 40hrs per week + overtime, spread over a 7-day roster from 6am to 6pm. In the past, Mr Chow has struggled to retain his employees for the whole 6-month period and for the last 2 high seasons he has had to constantly recruit and conduct weekly inductions with new employees, at a significate cost to his profits, to fill the gaps.

You are to draft an email to Mr Chow outlining how we can assist him with his employee recruitment and retention needs.
