Modern organizations operate in dynamic environment. Strategic managers and the OD practitioners are continuously seeking the ways to fit their organizations with the rapidly paced environment. In recent years the concept of learning organizations emerged and is widely using in organizations all over the world. All the development is associated with certain hurdles. The main hurdle that most of the organizations are facing nowadays is the culture of the organization. Development of the supporting learning culture is the main task of the management because the culture is considered to be the main effective item associated with any change or development in the organization. Factors that can hinder any development/ change in organizations are the cultural changes which include the lack of staff support, influences of the externals to the organization, complexities of the approaches used to manage the change and inappropriate leadership etc. performance of the organization is also associated with the cultural of the organizations.
