In both Tim Krieder's essay "The Busy Trap" and Anna Quindlen's "Stuff is Not Salvation," the writers warn us of the consequences of focusing our energy on consumption. They suggest that maybe we need to slow down and prioritize the more important aspects of our lives such as family, friends, self-knowledge, etc.

Using these two articles as your focus, compare and/or contrast how these two writers explore the problems which arise from the modern obsession with consumption, working and money. Do not write about these issues in general terms.
