As a customer, you must have had bad experiences in purchasing goods and/or services. The problematic business processes can range from selecting a product/service to after-sale services. The businesses selling the products/services can be physical or online stores, including but are not limited to retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, and the like. From your bad customer experiences, choose one particular business process that has the most potential to be improved.
For ASOS Online Shopping Company,
-Model the current business process using the flow chart graphical tool. Please note, the modelled current business process needs to include at least three out of six symbols of flow chart; and the entire process should have at least ten symbols in total.
-Describe the current business process.
-Analyse the current business process, identify and justify aspects that may be inefficient and/or ineffective.
-Suggest and justify how the business process should be in consultation with contemporary business process improvement/reengineering/management literature. In your suggestion, model the proposed new business process using the flow chart graphical tool.
