This week we are asked to opine on Rest's model of ethical decision making and how it relates to the accounting professional.

James Rest was an American psychologist and the founder of the Center for Ethical Development at the University of Minnesota. He made substantial contributions to extant literature on moral theory and moral functioning. He was known for his work with the Minnesota group (his colleagues at the U of Mn) on the measurement of moral judgement.
