Explain "Major drug that acts as a receptor agonist and best known model of drug addiction, the opiate drugs. They are receptor agonists for endorphins (heroin, opium, morphine). Endorphins reduce pain and create a calming feeling, reduction of anxiety. It acts in the brain to reduce anxiety and acts in the spinal cord to reduce pain."?
