All the above deliverables are to be included within 8 sheets as detailed below:

Creating the stairs
1. Use the ‘Stair' icon under the Architecture tab to draw the stairs
2. Modifications to the stairs can be made via selecting the stairs ‘Edit stairs' under the Modify tab (same as editing a foundation)
3. Once the changes to the staircase has been made, click the green tick to exit out of the editing mode.
4. Use the Railing command under Architecture tab to add the balcony around the entrance to the ground floor. The railing should always be added in a continuous manner to avoid errors.
5. Modifications to the railings can be made the same way as modifying a staircase and the green tick can be used to exit out of the editing mode.
6. If the stairs and railings cannot be seen in the 3D view, check the Visibility/Graphics Overrides setting under the properties tab. Stairs and Railings should be ticked on.
