Assume that you are a project manager for a highly complex project based on a new technology that has never been directly proven in the marketplace. The project is distributed in very wide geographical areas. Further, you require the services of several subcontractors to complete the design and development of this project. Because you are facing severe penalties in the event the project is late to the market. What kind of solution you can suggest solving communication with your team members, and subcontractors? What are some of the barriers associated with managing your teams in such a situation? How would you overcome some of these barriers that may raise if you suggest using technologies in communication?
