Comprehensive Case Study

As marketing consultants, analyze what they have done, and make suggestions as to how they should proceed in marketing their business.
It will be beneficial to discuss suggestions by area. E.g., product, pricing, logistics, and communications.
Your completed case should be a formal document with an introduction and conclusion. Organize your case into appropriate sections using headings and subheadings. Thoroughly proofread your final document.
Requirements:
-Title Page.
-Double-spaced, paragraph format.
-Approximately Six pages.
Your Analysis:
As marketing consultants, you are now the experts. What problems do you foresee, and how can they overcome them? Plus, suggest any other marketing advice that would help to make their venture more successful. It would be helpful to organize your advice around the marketing mix.
A few questions to guide your response (not necessarily to be answered in this order):
Have they selected the right target market? What do we know about this target market? What do they need to know about this target market?
With pricing, include a break-even analysis. How much profit could they realize? Do they need to adjust their pricing?
Are they in the right place? What factors should they consider?
What should they do to get the most for their money in their promotions? How should they position themselves? What message should they send?
