Use of BIM technology and impact on productivity in construction project management Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a relatively new innovation that has been introduced to the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. However, its implementation has been lacklustre for the past decades, primarily due to the considerable financial risk and the local readiness towards the transformation of the current practice. Due to the complexity of projects and unified productivity measurements in current construction practice, BIM able to improve the productivity for our construction industry. Based on the issues given you need to prepare as the following:

a. The factors influence to BIM-related labor productivity effect the perception of AEC professionals

b. The impact of these BIM-related factors on the importance towards construction productivity (People, process& technology)

2) Each individual has to come out with the idea, plan, strategy on how to achieve the ensure the impact on productivity in construction project management.

3) Prepare a write up of 5-10 pages. The presentation shall consist but not limited to the following:
i. Issues of implementation (including a & b)
ii. Reference latest 5 years & at least 5 citations being cite.
