The acute care hospital I chose has a mission statement to improve the overall health of our communities by being a leader in healthcare. The organization stands on four key pillars of success 1) employee satisfaction 2) Patient Satisfaction 3) financial stability and the 4th is Quality. To ensure the achievement of our mission and success in all four pillars, a comprehensive workforce plan is essential. This workforce plan will focus on attracting, developing, and retaining a highly skilled and diverse workforce that is aligned with the organization's goals and values without cannibalizing itself or compromising the level of care provided to patients. This organization takes on the generic strategy of differentiation as a community non-profit organization and strives to provide personalized and exceptional healthcare services to its patients.
