Dodson tendered the truck to Shrader and demanded his $4,900 back. Shrader refused to return the money without being paid the difference between the value of the truck as tendered, which was $500, and the $4,900. Must Dodson put Shrader in status quo? The card was marked $12, and the inexperienced clerk who sold it did not know the store owner, who was gone at the time of the sale, meant it to be sold for $1,200.
