A rear wheel on a Formula 1 racing car has a mass of 3.2 kg and a radius of 0.42m. A mechanic is rolling the wheel towards a step at the back of the workshop. Decide:

1. The minimum horizontal force (F) needed to be applied through the axle (center) of the wheel to just start rolling over the step if it is 6cm tall.

2. The minimum horizontal force required to be applied at the top of the wheel to just start it rolling over the same step.
