Every workplace consists of people from different cultural, religious or social backgrounds. These differences may lead to workplace discrimination which arises in a different kind of forms or ways based on individuals' characteristics that makes them differ from others. Such characteristics that trigger the workplace discrimination could be based on age, gender, race, marital status or ethnic background. To end the workplace discrimination starts by making sure that both employees and employers know the employment law. However, without a better understanding about the importance of such law and the context, it will be insufficient for employees and employer to gain their rights.

A) Selection of minimum five (5) related sections under the Employment Act 1955 in which you find it most important and relatable. Your selection must not include any legislation regarding penalty.

B) As a HR Manager, you have to come up with a minimum of five (5) recommendations plan in ensuring that employee or employer know and understand about the employment law and their rights. Each of your recommendation plan must include method of approach to ensure that you achieve the desirable outcome which is to reduce or eliminate workplace discrimination.
