Superwoman is hovering above the ground when a parachutist in free-fall goes by her at terminal velocity of 140km/h. The parachute does not open and it takes Superwoman 1.9 s to realize the person is in trouble, and then from a height of 1000 m she must catch the parachutist before they hit the ground. What must her minimum acceleration be to catch the parachutist right at the ground?
