For this assignment you will explore a place that is familiar to you by taking a silent 20 minute walk. Observe what you notice around you. (sight, sound, smell, touch and feel =senses) You will need to describe the place you explored and what you experienced with your senses. Also share how you felt before, during and after the walk. The assignment requirements are as follows:

Walk for at least 20 minutes.

Describe your experience with the senses.

Write how you felt mentally/physically before, during and after the walk.
