Mike graduated from school a few months ago. He applied to various companies and has decided to take a position as a supervisor at a well-known local restaurant. He is excited to lead a team and feels hopeful for the future of the restaurant.

There was little teamwork evident and hardly any communication. Employees seemed bored and unhappy. Furthermore, they were unwilling to engage with him and often gave one-word answers to his questions.
