Client appears to be slightly jaundiced. GCS is 15. Finding include heart rate 96/min, respiratory rate 16/min, blood pressure 96/52 mm Hg, and SpO2 93% on room air. The client will need several diagnostic tests and at least one specialty consult. What is the acuity?
