Mick is a dining room supervisor at the Green Tree Hotel. Theresa, one of the servers on his staff, comes to him after the dinner rush one evening and complains that Jack, another server on Mick's staff, keeps taking tables from her section whenever he gets a chance, to build up his tips. Mick asks Theresa if she has said anything to Jack about, and she says no. What should Mick do?
