The Michael Medcalf Insurance Agency is a highly regarded Insurance Company located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin that specializes in selling homeowner's and auto policies. In fact, the company is expanding rapidly and wants to continue to grow its revenue and sell many more policies in the future. The Company established a retention limit of $1,000,000 and currently estimates it has about $975,000 in potential loss exposures.

The company also insures snowmobiles. However, it would like to discontinue this line of business as it has not proven to be profitable for the company. The company would, however, like to expand into insuring boats but it is apprehensive about pursuing a new line of business since it lacks the expertise in pricing premiums, etc.
