1. Read the case study, Youth Soccer Club on page 129 - 130.
2. Provide a critical evaluation of how Nicolette could have gone about this project differently from the outset, particularly before having the meeting?' Think about the messages that Systems Thinking and the literature on communication and culture tell us.
3. Answer the questions to the case study on page 130. You can discuss the issue in the group if you wish (strongly recommended), but you need to submit individual responses.
