Assessment Requirement:
ARAMEX CASE STUDY
Develop a detailed research report on a case study (Aramex) relevant to organizational resources, capabilities, competitive advantage, and strategic decisions and how these relate to the strategy positioning of the organization, using research analysis skills and knowledge acquired in class, and submit a detailed research report of 2,000 words. The report has to comply with the following requirements:
1. Critically analyse the strategic positioning of the company using the most significant theories/concepts/tools relevant to the question.
2. Challenge the company's strategic decisions regarding COVID-19 pandemic using appropriate strategic analytical tools and determine whether the company was well set up to face this unexpected situation.
3. Using appropriate concepts and tools, formulate strategic alternatives and strategic orientations that would provide and strengthen the company's competitive advantage and strategic positioning for the long-term.
Word limit for written report is 2000 words (+/- 250)
