• You are part of the advisory team in charge of supporting the company to design their future strategic directions:
- Develop a Scenario Analysis (3 years from now) to envision the future of the industry the company is playing in.
- After discussing how the different scenarios could impact on the business, identify some key strategic initiatives to propose to the company to get ready for the future and to stay ahead of competition.
- Conduct an internal analysis to assess the current resources and competences (R&C). According to the scenario analysis, evaluate if the company needs to develop or to acquire new R&C to succeed in the future.
- After assessing the current leadership on their personality and behaviours, reflect on their possible reaction to your ideas. According to you, will they be willing to embrace the proposed ideas/changes?
- Tips:
• Justify your analysis. Use data and evidences to support your reasoning (always cite sources). State facts not beliefs. If it is a fact, you will be able to identify a source. When in doubt, clearly state your assumptions and the underlying logic
• Refer not only to Google search or company info. Include also some NYIT databases
