tube A - 100 degrees and gave a light blue colour

tube b - 38-42 degrees and gave a deep blue colour

tube c - room temperature and colourless

tube d had ethanol with the methylene blue on the potato and gave a light blue colour

tube e had lead nitrate and gave a blue colour.....

please explain to me what happneed to the cell membranes of each and to why they gave those colours
