After reading the following Business Ethics scenario, discuss your analysis of the scenario using all four methods of ethical reasoning approaches presented in our textbook readings. Then state what ethical decision you plan to make and the path forward you will take in this scenario. Scenario: The purchasing manager for a large corporation agrees to give your firm a sizable order (the first for your firm with this large corporation) worth thousands of dollars; however, he will do so with the caveat that you agree to make a $500 donation to his favorite community organization, a local youth sports team his son happens to play on. What decision do you make? Explain your ethical reasoning process using the ethical reasoning approaches in our textbook

The four methods of ethical reasoning:

Virtues - Analyzing using the value and character

Utilitarian - Analyzing the cost and benefits and choosing the best option

Rights- a group or a person is entitled to receive his/their share respectively

Justice- Profit and loss are distributed equally
