An organization that you belong to (work, volunteer, church) has just asked you to serve as an internal OD practitioner. You identify an internal issue facing your organization. Internal issues may include issues pertaining to culture, change mgt., downsizing/right-sizing/reorganization, employee development, employee morale and motivation, teamwork, communication, ethics, leadership, etc. Please do not discuss shrinking budgets as an internal issue.
