1. Wrte an essayu whose main topic will be the supervisor's role in motivating staff. Your writing will be based on the following situation:
Imagine that you are the supervisor of 10 people. Your goal is to motivate employees to d a better job. One of these employees has shown little cooperation since hiring him. Two of them have approached you to demand salary increases, but the economic position of the company, at the moment, does not allow salary increases. The rest of the employees cooperate at all times and exceed expectations in their functions.

2. Your esay should contain the following parts:

  • Introduction: Contrasts the various methods of effective communication and motivation and how can a supervisor identify that there is little motivation within their employees?
  • Body: List at least three (3) proposals that yu have in order to achieve your goal of motivating employees to do a better job. Be specific and abound in your proposals.
  • Conclusion: How would yu motivate employees who, as in the situation described, cooperate at all times and exceed expectations in their functions? Do yu think it is necessary to consider them in your proposals if they are doing their job well?
