'Two Guys and a Pizza Place' is a take-out pizza business started by two graduates of the NAIT Business Administration program. For the first 5 years sales grew steadily and 'Two Guys' became quite profitable. But unfortunately for the past 3 years sales have been steadily declining, and the owners have no idea why.

The owners have asked you (as a marketing research expert) to develop a marketing research plan to find out why sales are going down.

The methods of collecting primary market data such as a conducting survey are the most effective in collecting market information on this problem. Explain why you feel this method would be helpful for 'Two Guys and a Pizza Place.'
