Mikie purchased a 1995 Chevy Camero from Juan for$10,000. the automobile had been driven for 60,000 miles. when on i90, driving the posted speed limit, the rear axle detached from the car, causing to crash into another vehicle killing Mikie's wife and 2 children and severely injuring Mikie. A subsequent test on the car showed that the axle had be installed with defective metal bolts by General Motor at the time of manufacturing. Does Mikie have any remedy? Against whom and for what?
