Her main concern today is that she would like to lose 30-40 lbs of "baby fat" that she put on during her pregnancy. He daughter is 1 year old. She does not drink or smoke, no past or present drug use, takes no meds, has no medication allergies, has no significant past medical or family history. She needs a note from you for work stating that she is in good mental and physical health and free of communicable disease. On Exam, her Height is 5'8", Weight 170 lbs, BP 124/80, HR 72, Resp 18 Exam otherwise normal 1.
