Draft a simple contract for the adoption in the Juno. A typical contract will have an introductory paragraph declaring the date and the parties to the contract.  There is usually a section called "Recitals" that are not the binding terms of the contract, but give a brief background of the parties and their reasons for entering into the contract. The "Agreement" section contains the binding terms of the contract, usually in numbered paragraphs.  The last numbered paragraphs are typically common contract provisions, such as choice of law, assignment clause, integration clause, etc.  At the end of the contract are signature lines for the parties to sign indicating their intention to enter into the agreement.

contract must obtain 1) the title and introductory paragraph, 2) recitals, 3) understanding (or agreement) section that describes the adoption agreement, 4) all five of the general provisions listed (use the Internet for sample language), and 5) signature lines for Juno and the Loring's.
