Two cases are the Eastman Kodak: Meeting the Digital Challenge and Harley-Davidson Inc. July 2012.

Using the two cases providing for the mid-term, write one 800-1000 word paper. The Mid-term paper must consider these cases together. The learner should present a common business lesson in the Harley-Davidson and Kodak cases. The analysis must focus on how these organizations face the same business issue. The recommendations for each entity may either be the same or different. Remember, recommendations are the heart of this paper. Sufficient time should be devoted to developing this analysis. Statements of opinion, generalization or the text should not be used. Rather use the Recommendations/Alternative Recommendations sections to demonstrate the ability to research, present, and apply the course concepts in light of the sources. Mid-terms that do not use correct APA formatting, incorporate the prior feedback or present two different papers (i.e., one for the Harley-Davidson case and one for the Kodak case), rather than a combined analysis will either be rejected or graded as not meeting the assignment requirements.
