Question

The patient is a 37-year-old male who is here for a follow-up medication management appointment via telehealth, to which he has consented. His chief complaint is "I need my refill". He confirms that he has been taking his medication as prescribed and has not experienced any side effects with his current regimen. He shares that he has moved from Wonder Works to another program where he is much happier. The patient reports improvements in his mood, sleep, appetite, and energy levels. He wishes to continue with his current medication regimen. We discussed the importance of a balanced diet, regular exercise, adequate rest, keeping appointments, and adhering to his medication regimen for his mental well-being. The patient expresses his understanding of these points. Support and psycho-education were provided. His medication has been refilled.
