He shares that he has moved from Wonder Works to another program where he is much happier. The patient reports improvements in his mood, sleep, appetite, and energy levels. He wishes to continue with his current medication regimen. We discussed the importance of a balanced diet, regular exercise, adequate rest, keeping appointments, and adhering to his medication regimen for his mental well-being. The patient expresses his understanding of these points. Support and psycho-education were provided. His medication has been refilled.
