The patient is a 45-year-old white female who presents for follow-up medication management. She states, "I am here for my prescription". She reports she is doing fine and medication.She reports improved anxiety, good mood, sleep, and appetite.She is currently training to be a behavioral health specialist via Zoom. She denies any psychotic symptoms and reports medication compliance with no side effects on her current regimen.She reports her PCP took her off her thyroid medication.Her B/P was noted high to SBP 180-169 with diastolics qt 100-120's. She reports she had a hectic morning and she did not take her medication. She agreed to go to the emergency room.
