Denies any difficulty breathing, intake of new foods, or new products. Tells nurse that they were upset about significant other leaving so they took some methamphetamine tablets from a friend but "I have never done that before, I just wanted to get out of my own head, you know?" Client began treatment in the clinic 8 weeks earlier; treatment included medication and behavioral therapy.
