You mentioned in your post that making healthcare services user friendly. I think this is an important aspect of our healthcare system that has not been achieved. The difference alone in Medicare and Medicare gap plans is very confusing not only for the layman. Conducting calls to patients to let them know what their financial responsibility will be for an upcoming surgery can become frustrating for the patient. The verbiage is hard to understand and at times had to explain. I feel it would be a service to patient if these things could be simplified.
