Question

In today times what happened to Henrietta Lack based on the laws would not take place. Patients today are not given medical procedures without their written consent. As well as patients' information could not be sold or shared without them knowing and giving their authorization. So today we would like to think that there is a greater respect for a patient and that we are using them in experiments or clinical trials that they are unaware of.
