Case Study: Mr. Davis End of Life

Mr. Davis is 76 years old with a medical diagnosis of "failure to thrive." He lives with his older brother, but his health has been steadily declining since the death of his wife Ruth 8 months ago. The doctors have been unable to assist him in regaining his strength/health. He has been placed into palliative care as of this morning and been told he has 6-8 weeks to live. You are the home health nurse assigned to Mr. Davis.
