Overview: The situation is regarding Chris Jacobs purchasing a premier automobile with a reputation for very high quality and low maintenance costs. After the standard warranty expired, the transmission failed. No extended warranty was purchased due to the sterling reputation for this vehicle. The dealership indicated that they did not repair transmissions, and that the cost for replacing the transmission would be $2,100. Chris Jacobs was not satisfied with this. Your job is to assist Jesse and Chris in reaching an agreement in the repair of the transmission.
