Describe three ways that impasses during bargaining are typically resolved by resorting: (a) Mediation, (b) Arbitration, and (c) Fact-finding. Describe each method and when it would be appropriate to use each. How does neutral third-party impasses into collective bargaining and how this method is called mediation?
