2 Plot a graph of the raw data(increasing mass and decreasing mass) which showsall ofthe data points for1/ω^2 (y axis) vs m (x axis).

3 Plot a graph of the data points showing for1/ω^2 (y axis) vs m (x axis)with a best fit straight line through the data You can take the frequency for either increasing mass, decreasing mass or an average of the two frequencies for each mass used.Indicate clearly any intercept on the y axis.

4 Discussion
i. Comment on the repeatability of the experimentally obtained results.
ii. Compare the difference between the theoretically obtained value for the natural frequency and the experimentally obtained value for the natural frequency. Explain why there is a difference between the two values.
iii. Why is a correction factor necessary and explain what the correction factor accounts for.
