Solar charging facility for electric vehicles in Edinburgh

Scotland's capital city Edinburgh (Population = 440,000) has ambitious plans for promoting sustainability. One of the schemes that may be considered as part of a wider plan is solar charging of electric cars.

You have been employed as a solar energy consultant to design solar PV farms to provide electricity for 10% of the Edinburgh domestic car fleet. After making suitable assumptions you will need to undertake the following tasks before you submit your findings in an appropriate report. That report will take the form of ONE pdf file and ONE MS-Excel Workbook:
a- A brief analysis of large Scottish farms
b- Suitable sketches to show construction of extra PV farms at your chosen facilities in the environs of Edinburgh.
c- Number, size and cost of PV modules and the accompanying infrastructure for above farms.
d- The monthly energy delivery of your chosen PV facilities and their monetary payback period.
e- The Carbon impact of your designed facilities.

Note that 20 marks are reserved for the quality of presentation. Points that are worthy of note in that respect are: lucid style of writing and originality, quality of figures and tables, concurrency of references, not an over-reliance on web sources, and conciseness.
