Review how measuring growing pains is essential for organizational change and ultimate success. Write a 3-4 page paper (not including title page) in which you research an organization in stage V, VI, and VII growth. You may use the company you chose from this week's discussion or choose another. To do so:

Evaluate the company's efforts to handle diversification, integration, and decline of revitalization. Support with specific examples.
