Your assignment is to read the article and watch ONE of the two videos on the fire in 2018 in Paradise, CA. After absorbing the information from those sources, complete an APA paper (following the Syllabus guidance), identifying and fully explaining three measures or mitigation actions that need to be taken to reduce or eliminate such wildfire incidents. While wildfire response falls under the responsibility of forestry and fire/rescue  agencies, as you should have seen in the reading/video assignments,  incidents such as these require multi-agency response and, hence,  coordination by emergency management.
