Your team works in the front office of Team X [a team of your choice], a US Major League Baseball team. The season is over, and Team X needs to make decisions about what the bullpen will look like next year.

Your task is to make recommendations about which pitchers to keep in the primary rotation and who to trade or send back to the minor leagues. Report your conclusions in a single page of text, supported by any number of figures on additional pages, suitable for distribution prior to a meeting of mangers, coaches, and staff. Include your data and supporting work (e.g., one or more .R files), but do not rely on these additional files to convey your ideas.
